Webmail

Files — Cloud Storage
Your private file storage, powered by Nextcloud. Upload, share, and sync files across your computer and phone. Desktop and mobile sync apps available — see the sync guide.
Calendar
Personal and shared calendars, inside Nextcloud. Syncs with your phone and desktop via CalDAV — setup steps in the calendar guide.
Contacts
Your address book, synced everywhere via CardDAV. Automatically available in Nextcloud and connectable to your phone — see the contacts guide.
Common tasks
Out-of-office reply
Going away? Set an automatic reply: Webmail → Settings → Vacation. Turn it on, write your message, save. Remember to turn it off when you're back.
Open Webmail Settings →Change your email password
In Webmail: Settings → Password. Use a long, unique password — it's the front door to everything else.
Open Webmail Settings →Manage your domain
Domain admins: add/remove mailboxes, aliases and forwards for your domain in PostfixAdmin. Forgot your mailbox password? Reset it yourself at the mailbox login — works if you registered a second (recovery) address.
